My Monday Morning Routine
Wake up early – Set my alarm for 5:30am
Get Motivated – Personal Development Is Key- I tend to listen to Audio books rather than read on my way to work – Check out Tony Robbins’ free motivational speech about a Power Hour
I Train every Monday morning, most days I train in the afternoon but Mondays are important to set myself up for the week
I only tend to my most important tasks / emails – personal calls are off limits
Monday morning routines set the mood for the rest of the day and the rest of the week, and mine is pretty much identical each week. Routine and structure is good. Keep yourself accountable and find what works for you. Most importantly face yourself, don’t cut corners
