I’ve been training with Simon for a year now and despite various personal setbacks he has consistently helped me to stay on course, stay motivated and continue to work towards my goals. Without him I wouldn’t have had any sort of consistency or direction.
After years and years of lacking any sort of body confidence and low self-esteem he helped me to reach a point where I was happy to go on holiday and comfortable in my own skin on the beach for the 1st time I can ever remember.
More recently I injured my neck and shoulder which meant I didn’t go to the gym for the best part of a month. He kept checking in on me and sending me info on various exercises I could do at home to help recovery. Now I’m back he’s got a new plan sorted for me and glad to say we’re making progress again.
He’s a true professional, will push you beyond what you believe is capable and he’s also a genuinely nice guy. Training with him has become so ingrained in my weekly routine and I’m really looking forward to seeing what he can help me to achieve in the next year.
A lot of personal trainers fail to listen to your goals or tailor plans to your specific body type or lifestyle. They will take you through the motions to the point you see no results and ultimately leave you feeling demotivated.
