I’m noticing my days getting longer each day and my sleep getting shorter.
Like most, I generally try to get the needed 7-8 hours but have noticed myself cutting into my sleep time in order to include all the things to I “think” I need to do. They are important things like working out, admin or at the moment renovating.
Even as I go go bed 10:30pm 30mins later than usual to wake up again at 5:30am it starts to have some serious impact on my performance mental and physical and also how I choose to eat.
I understand sleep is critical to our mental health and our ability to retain and process information.
