5 Tips for Goalsetting

1) Think BIG. Get a notepad an write down all your goals and aspirations.

2) Where do you want to be career wise for me personally to was to become a Sports Massage Therapist and to help people not only physically but mentally and be valued in my work. This has evolved over time and my goals moving forward are very different.

3) Write Down all your visions even if they seem silly remember think BIG.

4) Write down Career, Relationship, Travel, Business, Health, Fitness goals as separate areas and add to them as time moves on.

5) I personally use big walks as thinking time and I believe cardiovascular exercise has the same therapeutic effect.
