MENTAL STRENGTH

Blame somebody else or take responsibly. That’s the difference, take responsibility instead of blaming somebody. We have a choice, we can’t control certain aspects or events in our life. But as adults we choose our own path/ take responsibility. Events in your life usually bad events can aid to change your life and sometimes for the better, the reason I’ve achieved so much is because I’ve had bad things happen to me. 

People who are most successful, are the ones who’ve done it the toughest – generally people from the poorest areas, poor counties with a point to prove. People who are soft and blame other people do not become successful in business or in sport. One thing I am grateful for is the tough things that have happened, I truly believe if life is easy we get soft. Take exercise, if you don’t lift heavy weights your body will become soft. 

Usually if something happens you blame something else, the past, your money, the weather. Try instead to use every opportunity to take responsibly. That then makes you responsible. If you want to be mentally healthy take full responsibility – we have full control of the situations that happen, we choose how each situation feels.
